Every Cuckoo Clock is delivered with a certificate. This confirms that the cuckoo clock is an original product of the company AUGUST SCHWER Schwarzwaelder Uhrenfabrik.

We trust in our product. For that we allow warranty for all "Economy" and "Classic" clocks of two years. For "Premium" clocks we allow warranty of five years. Within the distance of time from the day of buying we make all service required without any charged (except shipping costs). Please contact us for your warranty repair. Below you will find a list of all service stations.
